Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

Orders can take up to 48 hours to process before they are shipped. We make every effort to process and ship your order the same day.  Based on volume, day, and time of day you place your order it can take up to 48 to process your order.  Some  Items may require additional time, in addition, to the initial 48 hours to process your order and this will be identified in the description section for any items this applies to (example: personalization or embroidery items).

To prevent delays in delivery please ensure that the billing and delivery addresses are entered correctly.  Once an order has shipped we will email you a tracking number for the shipment once it is available.

Typical delivery times for ground shipping are 3-6 days after we process your order.  If you need a gift to arrive in a shorter time frame then please select either 3 day, 2 day, or overnight shipping options during checkout.  We use either Fed Ex or UPS to ship your gift.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We only ship to the 48 Continental United States. 
  • Shipments that contain alcohol will require a signature and a valid drivers license showing proof of age 21 or older in order for the delivery to be dropped off.  Alcohol shipments can only be shipped to certain states which is identified on the description page for products that contain alcohol.
  • Non-alcohol shipments do not require a signature.

Substitution Policy:

At times it will be necessary to substitute items due to stock availability. Rest assured any substitutes will be at least of equal value or more. During summer months chocolate and other perishable may be substituted or require overnight shipping. The product detail page will state any initial substitution or shipping requirements during the summer months. For items that can withstand summer heat will be shipped, but will require overnight shipping and will be packed with cooling packs. Gifts during the warm months should not sit outside or stay anywhere with high heat. 

Gift Baskets by Irene cannot be responsible for perishable items shipped overnight in which the recipient is not immediately available to receive the shipment.

Refunds and Returns:

If you are not satisfied then please contact us immediately. We will do everything within reason to ensure your satisfaction.  You are our number one priority. If you are not happy then we are not happy.

Shipping methods (i.e. ground or overnight etc.) are after the initial processing time. Overnight Shipping is not available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  Gifts ordered after 10:00 AM CST on Friday may not ship until Monday morning.
